Policies

  • Credit Card information is required for services $75+, and for group bookings. 

  • Confirmation calls, texts, or emails are provided to guests 48 hours in advance.

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice for all appointments, charges may apply.

  • Your Health is paramount. Advise us of any hair or health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your services. Elderly or handicapped persons who require assistance will need an escort. 

  • Children are not recommended unless they have an appointment. Teens under 18 need an adult to approve certain hair and waxing services. 

  • Staff Appreciation of 15-20% is customary and not included in service costs and cannot be charged to credit cards or gift cards. 

  • Returns must be made within 2 weeks with the original sales receipt and cannot be more than 1/3 used. Return for exchange or store credit only. No returns on used cosmetics or unused gift cards.

Etiquette

To ensure you and our other guests a relaxing and enjoyable experience, please keep the following tips in mind.

 

Arrive Early

Arriving early will allow you to enjoy every minute of your experience. However, if you do arrive late, please remember that your treatment must end on time so the next guest isn’t delayed, regardless of how late you start.

Confirm Appointments

We offer the courtesy of a confirmation call, text, or email 48 hours prior to your appointment. However, if you don’t hear from us, we encourage clients to contact the salon two days prior to the appointment to assure proper day, time, and services.

Check-in Policy

Please check in with our salon coordinators ten minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee extensions of scheduled treatment times for any late arrivals. Full charges for scheduled time still apply.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in service prices.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling any appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a service charge of $30 may be charged to a credit card or gift card.

Respect Other Guests

All guests deserve to have a peaceful and satisfying experience. For the sake of safety, and peace, we do not encourage children without appointments in the salon area. Thank you in advance for respecting the privacy and time of our other guests.​

Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability; we recommend advance reservations. However, we welcome walk-in guests and will accommodate you to the best of our ability. A gift or credit card number is required for reservations for services $75+.
